Brought to you by Google Cloud and AICamp, Agents in Production for Enterprises is a global event series designed for organizations ready to move beyond AI experimentation and into production reality. This series brings together Google Cloud engineers, partner architects, and enterprise practitioners to tackle the real-world challenges of building and deploying agentic AI at scale.
Tech Talk: Build agentic AI application with Google ADK and Gemini.
Speaker: Rabimba Karanjai (Google Developer Expert) ![]()
Abstract: In this session, I will walk through building an interactive AI agent application — from data to deployment. Using Google's open-source Agent Development Kit (ADK) and the Gemini 3.5 Flash model, the talk will demonstrate how to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground the agent's recommendations in a mock menu dataset. The session concludes by wrapping the agent in a Streamlit user interface and deploying it to Cloud Run.
