Abstract: The problem: Every GenAI tool (dashboards, agents, copilots) needs a single governed source of truth — otherwise you get hallucinations with a nice UI.

- Semantic Views as the "meaning layer" — defining metrics, relationships, and business logic once so every AI consumer (dashboards, agents, natural language interfaces) gets consistent answers

Tech Talk: From Governed Data to Trusted Decisions

Abstract: The opportunity: a governed foundation tells an AI system what is true — business-critical context tells it what matters: the business logic, operating principles, and KPI targets that define what success actually looks like. - Where Qlik lives — the point of decision, on top of that governed foundation: high-fidelity data, business logic, operating principles, and targets across the KPIs that drive the business, encoded by customers over years
- Injecting that context into AI systems through open interfaces like MCP, so agents and copilots reason from the definition of success rather than from raw metrics — yielding better decisions, actions, and outcomes
- With agents and AI increasingly entering the workforce and augmenting human-driven processes, what does that mean for the future of work? What skills will organizations value in this new world?
