Tech Talk : AI Governance and Security

Abstract: As GenAI applications and autonomous agents move into production, developers must address risks that traditional application security was not designed to handle. This session presents a practical approach to governing AI activity across applications, browsers, desktops, APIs, models, agents, and MCP tools. We will examine prompt injection, sensitive-data exposure, excessive permissions, unsafe tool calls, and shadow AI. Attendees will learn how to implement policy-based guardrails, identity and access controls, human approvals, runtime monitoring, and end-to-end auditability—without creating unnecessary friction for engineering teams.

Tech Talk : Building Security-Aware AI Agents: Lessons from Enterprise Knowledge Systems

Abstract: In this session, I will discuss practical lessons from building security-aware AI agents for enterprise knowledge systems. We will explore challenges around knowledge reliability, RAG, security guardrails, agent evaluation, and architecture trade-offs between single-agent and multi-agent systems, along with patterns for deploying trustworthy AI systems in production.
