Tech Talk: Beyond the Vibe Check: Engineering Reliable LLM Evaluation in Production

Abstract: Relying on manual spot-checks or developer intuition ("vibe coding") is a recipe for catastrophic failure in enterprise AI. This talk explores how industry leaders have moved beyond the "vibe check" to engineer rigorous, data-driven evaluation pipelines for production environments. We will cover how to defeat data contamination using dynamic benchmarking , properly calibrate "LLM-as-a-judge" systems to eliminate bias , and granularly evaluate both RAG architectures  and complex multi-agent workflows. Finally, attendees will learn how to connect these technical evaluations to business value by integrating AI quality gates directly into CI/CD pipelines to automatically block regressions  and maximize enterprise ROI.
