• ​Nico Maffey | With over a decade of experience spanning global consulting, international development, and startups, he brings a unique lens to applying AI and data-driven solutions to complex challenges across both the public and private sectors. Nico began his career in strategy consulting at McKinsey and PwC, before transitioning to solution delivery at the Inter-American Development Bank’s Lab of Emerging Technologies and World Bank’s Digital Development Practice. A committed supporter of the venture and startup ecosystem in Latam, Nico has also held investment and advisory roles with Alumni Ventures, Patagonia Ventures, and the VC Lab. Currently, Nico is a Solution Manager at C3.ai. He holds a BA and a Master’s in Economics from Harvard College and the Harvard Kennedy School.

• Alex Trabulsi is the Vice President of Partnerships at Fast Forward and an experienced leader passionate about directing capital to purpose-driven organizations and startups. With over 15 years working at the intersection of capital, technology, and impact—including seven years leading global philanthropy at Acumen—she has worked closely with high-growth startups, major foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals to help scale solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that catalytic capital, technology, and sharp market strategy can unlock outsized impact, particularly in sectors like women’s health, AI for social good, climate resilience, and economic equity.
