Tech Talk: LLMs in Production - How to Keep Them from Breaking
Speaker: Vaibhav Gupta (Boundary)
Abstract: In this talk, I will discuss why LLM applications are so unreliable, but not due to the models, but in reality due to the software we put around them. We'll share examples of pipelines that accurately parse 100+ page bank statements and summarizing critical healthcare data, and what supporting software they combined WITH LLMs to get accurate results.
Tech Talk: The Observability Gap in MCP Agent Infrastructure
Speaker: Austin Born (Shinzo Labs)
Abstract: MCP servers are rapidly proliferating across the AI landscape, but the ecosystem lacks fundamental observability tools. Unlike traditional software with mature monitoring infrastructure, agentic tools currently operate in a telemetry blind spot, which is especially problematic for solo developers and small startup teams who can't afford custom telemetry solutions. This session will cover the unique challenges of instrumenting distributed AI systems and incorporating analytics into MCP integrations. Learn how to discover agent behavior patterns, identify common errors, and build better user experiences with purpose-built telemetry for agentic tools.
