Tech Talk: Supercharging LLMs with Knowledge Graphs and GraphRAG
Speaker: Muddassir Zaidi (Neo4j) Angelo Bueti (Neo4j)
Abstract: Large Language Models (LLMs) are powerful but prone to hallucinations and lack domain-specific knowledge. This talk explores how Knowledge Graphs (KGs) and GraphRAG can enhance LLMs with factual accuracy, structured reasoning, and better retrieval capabilities. We’ll dive into GraphRAG—a next-gen approach that integrates graph-based retrieval with traditional RAG techniques—unlocking multi-hop reasoning, contextual understanding, and dynamic knowledge augmentation. Expect a hands-on breakdown of how KGs supercharge LLMs, real-world use cases, and a demo showcasing LLM-driven insights with graph-powered retrieval.
Tech Talk: LLM Agents: When to Use Them (and When Not To)
Speaker: Hugo Bowne-Anderson
Abstract: LLM agents are everywhere, but do you need them? Multi-agent systems sound promising but add orchestration, debugging, and observability challenges. In this talk, you’ll learn when agents make sense, how to build structured agent workflows, and how to avoid unnecessary complexity. We’ll also touch on debugging techniques to keep agentic workflows reliable and scalable.
