Tech Talk: Hallucination Control
Speaker: Justin Hayes (Head of Field Engineering, Vectara)
Abstract: Large Language Models can't not hallucinate, even when used in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. But that doesn't mean we are doomed. Through a combination of hallucination detection, correction, and prevention - along with a rock solid RAG platform - we can mitigate the risk that hallucinations pose. This presentation will explain some of the techniques used by Vectara in its battle against hallucinations.
