This time, we team up with SMUB, Risingwave, PingCAP, and neo4j to host the exciting meetup on "Data Storage for Generative AI". Dive into discussions surrounding the intricacies of managing and storing data effectively to fuel the advancements in generative AI, such as vector database, distributed SQL and Graph database, etc.. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just beginning your journey in AI, this event promises valuable insights and networking opportunities.

Agenda:
* 6:00pm~6:30pm: Checkin, food/drink and networking
* 6:30pm~8:30pm: Tech talks and Q&A
* 8:30pm: Open discussion and Mixer

Tech Talk: Vector Searching in Distributed SQL Database
Speaker: Wink Yao (PingCAP)
Abstract: This presentation will conclude the trends in application development that we have observed over the past year. It delves into how RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks enable AI applications to leverage domain-specific knowledge, improving response accuracy and relevance. We'll also explore the integration of vector storage implementation within the SQL database TiDB, highlighting its architectural design, indexing mechanisms, and query optimization capabilities that support AI applications more effectively.

Tech Talk: Ground your LLM with a Graph Database
Speaker: Xavier Pilas (Neo4j)
Abstract: This Tech Talk will show you how you can make the most of LLMs by grounding them with a Graph Database. The demo will show how we use LLM for data generation and data query with a Knowledge Graph at the center. The Graph Database connects documents and information to give to the LLM more context for creating the best answer.
