Tech Talk: From Idea to Production: Bridging the Gap Between AI and Enterprise Software

Abstract: This session goes beyond the initial spark of an AI idea for your enterprise software. We'll explore the practical steps Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) has taken to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI and real- world business applications. Our focus will be on navigating the complexities of both AI and Enterprise Architecture (EA): a) AI Architecture Deep Dive; b) Understanding Enterprise Architecture; c) Bridging the Gap; and d) The D&B Approach.

Tech Talk: Self-Hosting (Large Language) Models
Speaker: Christopher Davis (PMG)
Abstract: While many uses of GenerativeAI rely on hosted inference endpoints, most companies will eventually have some need to self-host models. Whether this is as part of an application, like an embedding model in a RAG pipeline, or via hosting their own inference endpoints with fine-tuned models. Self Hosting (Large Language) Models digs into how that might be done. With an example application, an example inference endpoint, infrastructure as code, and some focused introductions to relevant AWS services. These concepts are limited to generative AI, however, and can be applied broadly to any pre-trained model.
