Tech Talk: Open-source LLM optimized for building purpose-trained models
Speaker: Lucy Park (Upstage)
Abstract: Can small, purpose-trained models outperform GPT-4 in task-specific applications and enable developers to deploy AI systems quickly and efficiently? In this talk, we will introduce Solar, how it is optimized for a fast & efficient model development with our proprietary architecture/ techniques, and emerging use cases with global enterprises.

Tech Talk: Building an Autonomous Agent
Speaker: Eric Jiang (Brex)
Abstract: Ever wondered how "Agents" actually work? Let us learn how to build an autonomous agent that can surf the web from scratch - just using vanilla Python, no fancy frameworks needed! Hopefully by the end of the talk we will have an agent that can order a pizza on our behalf.

Tech Talk: Game Development with Fully AI-Generated Content and Assets
Speaker: James Yin (Saizo)
Abstract: Can Generative AI create appealing ideas for video games, generate consistent artistic assets, and create coherent stories to build a full-fledged game world that pulls players into the magic circle? In this talk I present Achilles: Genesis Invictus, a game created almost completely with the assistance of AI, from conceptualization and ideation to content and asset generation. I will discuss the challenges in this process and their solutions.
