Abstract: This talk offers a concise exploration of building and evaluating trustworthy Large Language Models (LLMs). We will discuss the seven key aspects of LLM trustworthiness, including reliability, safety, and fairness. The session will highlight the challenges in deploying LLMs with evaluation frameworks ( LLMops).
