Tech Talk: Streaming RAG Systems and Real-Time AI Agents

Abstract: We will delve into next-generation streaming RAG systems and the capabilities of real-time AI agents built on the integration of streaming platforms of Kafka and streaming databases such as RisingWave. We will also have a live demonstration to walk through how the fusion of these technologies transcends the limitations of static data models, enabling AI to interact with live data streams for immediate insight and action. Learn how the marriage of real-time data processing with advanced AI capabilities especially the LLM foundational models is crafting more dynamic, real-time-context-aware AI agents capable of sophisticated, real-time interactions. Uncover the architectural innovations that make this possible. Not only the streaming platforms at the core of the design, we will also include CQRS patterns that facilitate efficient, scalable, and robust systems, as well as advanced text-to-SQL techniques and AI agent frameworks like AutoGen. See how these advancements empower AI agents to provide timely, accurate responses and drive forward a new paradigm of intelligent, data-driven interaction.
