Tech Talk: Instrumenting AI Apps for Evaluation Deep Dive
Speaker: Josh Reini @TruEra
Abstract: Todays AI applications are growing in complexity, stringing together an endless list of components such as planning, agents, generation from LLMs, multimodal models, search and more. To build an aligned AI application, we need access to each component to ensure its reliability. This talk will do a deep dive into how to instrument an AI application, capture each component, and use the components for evaluation.

Tech Talk: Web Understanding and Automation powered by LLMs

Abstract: WebQL, powered by LLMs, to transform the web into a programmable and actionable platform, tailored for developers and companies seeking intelligent and unique web interactions. The tool has the potential to accelerate the creations of more vertical AI applications, including AI journalism, dataset building, CRM and sales optimization, market analysis, automated testing and etc. We plan to give a walk-though over our services, together with demos and product previews.

How to find us: Arlington Tech eXchange at Excella is located in the Navy League Building and there are entrances on both Wilson Blvd and Clarendon Blvd. The outside doors close promptly at 6 PM, but the garage on North Adams Street is open until 9, and you can access our floor from those elevators. The elevators and the door to the Excella Lobby and the ATX will be unlocked. We will have signage on the doors directing attendees that are late to come in through the garage entrance.
