Tech Talk: Text2Text LLM
Speaker: Artit Wangperawong @Text2Text
Abstract: Free private open source alternative to commercial LLMs. Easily accessible for everyone, Text2Text can run at no cost on Google Colab free tier, so you don not even need your own device. Commercial LLMs are costly, collect your data, impose quotas and rate limits that hinder development. Text2Text was created to help alleviate these challenges and help tech enthusiasts to run LLM experiments with ease and privacy. One key requirement for Text2Text to be truly accessible is an integration with popular LLM tools, such as LangChain. Text2Text provides low cost alternatives to leverage AI, hence democratizing the technology for all. By lowering the costs and barriers to state-of-the-art LLMs, more tinkerers, entrepreneurs and innovators can make their visions reality. As a bonus, we also added STF-IDF retriever integrations.
