Tech Talk 1: Leverage Generative AI and LLMs in an enterprise using AWS Foundation Models

Abstract: In this talk, I will be discussing:

  • Introduction to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Overview about LangChain Framework
  • AWS Foundation Models Overview: Introduction to AWS Foundation Models and their role in providing pre-trained LLMs. Explanation of the capabilities and features offered by AWS Foundation Models; and Benefits of Leveraging LLMs in Enterprises and advantages of using LLMs in enterprise applications.
  • Deploying LLMs on AWS Infrastructure: Overview of the infrastructure requirements for deploying LLMs on AWS; Discussion on the AWS services and tools available for managing LLM deployments.

    Tech Talk 2: Image comparison with Computer Vision/Image Vision
    Speaker: Mohamed Yusuf, Principal Engineer @Kongsberg
    Abstract: Advantages and limitations of utilizing computer vision algorithms for image comparison purposes. Introduction and overview of ImageVision, a visual automation library developed in-house. Brief explanation of the functionalities and features offered by ImageVision.
    An introduction to log analysis, highlighting its importance in understanding system behavior and identifying issues. Overview of word cloud creation using basic natural language processing (NLP) techniques to visualize frequently occurring words in a text. Explanation of how NLP techniques can be applied to log analysis for extracting meaningful insights from large volumes of textual data. Emphasis on the simplicity and effectiveness of basic NLP techniques in generating word clouds for quick data visualization. The significance of incorporating NLP capabilities into log analysis to enhance understanding and decision-making.
