Tech Talk: Lay off those mushrooms: dealing with hallucinations and getting the most out of LLMs

Abstract: ChatGPT is fun, but what are the ways that large language models can power business scenarios that bring value to end users and drive usage and revenue? We will show how LLMs are powering AI scenarios in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, from CRM, ERP, customer service, chatbots, code-generation, and more. Based on tweets and YouTube videos, you may be tempted to think connecting an app to an LLM is all you need to do. We’ll also go deep technically in how we implemented grounding, prompt engineering, responsible AI, and hallucinations checks.
