Speaker: Shailender Singh, Lead Data Scientist @JPMorgan Chase
Abstract: An overview of the capabilities needed in a training platform to accelerate AI/ML efforts.

Tech Talk 3: Federated Data Lake
Speaker: Kai Chang, software engineer @JPMorgan Chase
Abstract: A discussion the Data Lake, including lessons learned.

Tech Talk 4: Hands-on Data-Centric AI: Data preparation tuning
Speaker: Fabiana Clemente, Chief Data Officer @YData
Abstract: The objective of this session is to provide a basic understanding of the data quality impacts on model performance, how to identify the most critical challenges through data profiling, and what frameworks can be leverage in order to optimize the performance of organizations data assets.

    Machine learning scientist. My primary area of work while at JPMC has been on Natural Language processing technologies.
    Shailender Singh
    Lead Data Scientist on the TDMP team. I am involved in assessing platform for data transformations, feature engineering, ML at scale and engaging ML use cases for adoption of TDMP across the firm. In the past I have worked in the domain of NLP, recommender systems and information retrieval.
    Kai Chang
    A software engineer in the JADE Data Lake Seattle team. He has over 25 years of experience delivering technology projects in financial institutions.
    Fabiana Clemente
    Fabiana Clemente is the co-founder and CDO of YData, combining Data Understanding, Causality, and Privacy as her main fields of work and research, with the mission to make data actionable for organizations.
