Abstract: The talk introduces the implications of Responsible AI in the healthcare industry and demonstrates with examples how Responsible AI plays a vital role in designing robust AI/ML models when we are hit with uncertainties like covid.

Tech Talk 2: Workload Identity, A Keyless Way To Invoke Google APIs
Speaker: Kamesh Sampath, GDE, Director, Developer Advocate @Harness
Abstract: One of the advantages of using Cloud and its ecosystem, is that we dont need to reinvent the wheel e.g. database,message queue,AI/ML etc. For any API need, it is just a click away.
Google Cloud provides a rich set of API services e.g. Translation, Pub/Sub, Analytics etc., which can cater most of the distributed application integration needs with less or no effort.
= To invoke any API we need credentials; a common way is using static keys. Though using static keys is quick and easy, it soon becomes an operational headache e.g to create/rotate/revoke etc.,. In this session we will explore how Workload Identity can help alleviate the operational issues, at the same time help in secured API invocation.
